Team Lead: Matt Ryan, Cornell University
Rapid advancements in cover crop research have created a need for college curriculums to evolve to reflect the updated information.
In response, the PSA education team is developing and offering new undergraduate courses in universities across the country. The courses use cover crops as the lens through which to examine the physical, biological, and chemical processes that underpin agriculture and its impact on the environment. These courses prepare students for opportunities associated with cover crops in production, research, service, industry, and policy.
